Is it normal to always have a problem with them? At this point i feel that altum angels are less stress.

If you start with healthy stock and have a basic knowledge of discus requirements, you shouldn't have any problems with them. They're just like any other cichlid -- healthy, properly cared-for fish should give you no problems unless you have the occasional water issue, disease outbreak, stress, etc.
What are your:
Tank size?
Setup (bare bottom, decorated? Filtration?)
Water parameters (temperature, pH, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia)?
Tankmates?
Foods?
Water change schedule?
Where are you getting your stock from? Are you quarantining them before introducing them to tankmates (if you have any)?
