no i wouldnt think so, senegals have fairly small mouths for thier size, i dont think an 8 inch senegal could fit its mouth around a 3-4 inch ornate, if the ornate head is bigger than senegals mouth, youll be OK, its logic....
 
You'll be fine, most senegals are peaceful if they can't fit the fish in their mouths.

This is assuming you have a big enough tank, right?
 
there just gona be in the grow out tank with a few dats and a royal knife for now

so what around 90g's

should be alright for a grow out
