Am i fully stocked?

75 gallon planted 65% wc once a week. Filtration is ehiem 2217 and aquaclear 110

11 neon tetras
7 rummy nose tetras
8 otos
9 Peppered cories
4 Bolivian rams
4 zebra angels
2 nerite snails
1 bristlenose pleco
1 blue phantom pleco

I wanted to add more neon tetras and rummynose tetras but not sure if I should push the limit.

I don't see why you couldn't add more of the neons and rummy nose, I think it would look awesome!

2 things though, do you test for parameters, if so just monitor and more important, I would quarantine new fish separately just to avoid bringing in any problems for a month. I've heard horror stories of ill new fish wiping out a gorgeous tank before. ?

I test every so often but nitrates are around 5 with dosing. Plants take care of all of it
