Well I have a 60 gallon 48.5" x 15.5" x 17.5", tank is cycled, with one aquaclear 70 and one emperor 400. I have x9 1" Geo. Tapjos Orange Heads, x15 lemon tetras, x12 rummy nose tetras, x4 beckford's pencil fish, 1 bushy nose pleco. Just wanted to double check if I have to many tetras. Will be weening out the geos to 4-6 after they grow up. Thanks in advance.

Definitely not too many tetras. Big groups are good groups. Just keep an eye on nitrates. When you start noticing them rise more than normal between water changes, it's time to thin out the fish you're already planning on thinning out. I love big tetra schools -- that's why I have a 125 full of them. They're very, very interesting to watch.

Perfect stocklist IMO... Great job and good luck. Nice looking tank BTW...

Not over stocked by a fair bit. But if your concerned, keep up the water changes and keep an eye on the parameters.

Cool, thanks for replies. I'm pretty happy with the setup. The rummys are my favroite, they school very tight.

I love the vibrant red and their checkerboard tails! Also, they are very tight schoolers. Enjoy them!
