Am I or will I be overstocked?

Here is my tank and what I have in it. I know the bala is not good alone but I've had him for 7 - 8 yrs and if I got rid of him some idiot would go put him in a 55 or something.

120 Gallon Freshwater
Penn Plax Cascade 1500
1 Large Bala (10")
3 Large Silver Dollars(5")
2 Large Blood Parrots(7")
1 Small Green Terror(1")
1 Bristlenose Pleco(4")
1 Small Chocolate Cichlid(2 1/2")

:) Cool. I just want a happy tank. Don't want to overcrowd these guys. Anybody else have any thoughts on my setup?

Personally I would get rid of the GT and add two more balas. I think the GT is just gunna cause problems when he gets older.

I'm done with Balas once this one is gone. I like them but they are too jumpy/skidish. I'm trying to move to a more aggressive, SA/CA tank. Not extremely aggressive but more aggressive then anything I have right now. My GT is a tiny guy right now so hopefully with growing up with these guys he will remain calm. Plus my chocolate, being bigger then the GT may keep him in check for a while. Then again...maybe not.

Well it should be fine then. I would just keep an eye on it.

I'll be sure to post how it turns out. My GT is still in a 20Gal Qt tank for the time being. I've only had him for a week but I'm dying to put him in the big tank and see how he acts.

Back to the original question.....you all don't think this is too many fish for a 120?

Imho i dont think so but i like to overstock my tank just so its something nicer to look at and see the tank so active

my tank is this
120 gallon:
2 silver arowanas (when the 75 gallon is cycled it will go in there)
4 clown loaches
clown kinfe
2 brchirs
4 bala sharks
baby oscar
lima catfish
2 royal plecos

75gal:
silver arowana ( when the tnak is cycled of course)
archer fish
Normal pleco
ill probably put the oscar in the 10 gallon i have untill he is bigger
