i have lots of big fish in my tank and lots of them

tank size 84inch long x 32inch wide x 30inch deep

filters

2 x eheim pro 3 1700 lph each
2 x eheim pro 3e 1850 lph each
2 x eheim 2252 internal filters 1200 lph each

i also have 2 x blagoon pond buckets which are used on one of the intake pipes on both pro 3 this gives you a massive sponge filter much bigger than a FX5 each pond bucket is good enought for a 3000g pond

this gives me a total tank turn over of 9500 lph

is this enought :D

I agree

in my opinion as long as you dont have too strong of water flow or crazy water flow patterns then you can never have too much filtration

never too much unless you have a vortex in your tank then i think its time to stop buying more filters.

dagit you beat me too it chrisgray.

hmm maybe few more eheim..... sounds like its perfect to me
