Have a fish on hold at a LFS. It is a foai (Cyathopharynx foai (Sibwesa)). Its 4 inches long starting to show color. Comes with a female. As far as I know they have never bread. They want $80 for it is this to much for a male and female that are a unconfirmed pair?
 
Possibly but it depends if you think they are worth it
