Am I overpaying?

I would offer 200 cash.
 
I think 250 if fine. Is stuff cheaper in veges than stuf in the east coast? If so 175-200 would be good. here in the east coast that would be considered a good deal so i assume stuff in Vegas is cheaper.
 
Just read "NEED TO SELL ASAP." I would call him and say,"I can pick it up this weekend for 175dollars cash. I see you need to sell this asap and I can remove this from you by the weekend. If you are a man of your word, let him know, and show up with the 175 cash. He needs this gone ASAP so you can get it for way less. Heck im going to call him and ask right now. lol. Report back in a little.

He has it on storage. I offered 200, then I said I'd give me 220. He wouldn't budge from $250. It's bs.

Just got off the phone with him. He is not budging. I told him I have a truck and can pick it up this weekend, lol. Let it sit for a few days and call him back again.

True, there are better deals out there.
