or will i be? 6x2x2 180 gal tire track eel, jag cichlid, 2 snook, 2 eclipse catfish, 1 lsn, 1 belly crawler pike and a common pleco. the filtration is an fx5 and will be most likely adding a fluidized bed filter or a UV sterilizer with in the next couple weeks.

the albino bristle will be moved once everyone gets bigger

Overstocking is a matter of opinion. Compared to my 180g tank you are looking good.

What are your water parameters telling you? Ammonia and nitrites should be at zero. How fast does your nitrates rise? Does your pH drop between water changes? Extra provisions may be needed to keep water params from varying. Such as more frequent cleaning of mechanical media, more frequent and larger water changes, added pH buffers and frequent testing of water params.

Keeping a heavily stocked tank is a little more dangerous though, a prolonged power outage could mean disaster.

Personally i would say you're fine

honestly sad i know couldnt tell you the water parameters havent checked it, will be going home this next weekend so can get a test kit and check everyone is little the biggest being the eel around 8 or 9 inches everyone one else except pleco in the 2-4 inch range

could more be added or no? would love more lima shovel nose but not a necessity by any means

You could probably add more depending on what you want to add, i have way more fish than that in my 100 gal, but they'll be in there new tank in 2 weeks...

still debating most of my fish are bottom dwellers would another cichlid be better?

You'll have to find something that the Jag will get along with, and not a mate, if they pair up you'll be in trouble. The Jags will kill everything...

wouldnt be an other jag would either be something like green terror, jack dempsey, severum or texas.

could any of those work or does anyone have any suggestions?
