Am i still overstocked?

Yup you're still way over stocked. You should get rid of the sun cats and the 40 will not do they grow big and wont live in either tank because I'm guessing yours is the wider 60 right. (36" long) and way to many gts. I'd say pick either the JD with one GT or two GT keep the plecos and get rid of the cats. You have way to much fish for a 60 and especially such large ones and you can't keep the ck either did you research any of the fish and the sizes and care sheets? Or do you have an empty monster tank?

The 60g tank is 4ft long 20" high and 18"wide. I am gonna get a 300 in march so the suns and the 40 is not permanent.
 
IF you get the 300your ok if not you should probably get rid of several fish

Oh okay thats a little better then what i was thinking but still overstocked but should be fine till march when you get a 300g, but id still get rid of some gts and sun cats but it's your fish so it's up to still. good luck
 
I am removing some gt as soon as i get the pair but 3/5 are juveniles and the other 2 bigger ones are not pairs.
