I don't buy this car for $2,000? My buddy has this 2001 Toyota Celica GT with 150,000 miles. He paid $2,000 for it before he bought the rims, body kit, headlights, and tail light, and he put a brand new transmission in it. He has only had it 7 months and it seriously doesn't have a scratch on it lol and it was just painted when he got it.

i'd buy that for that price if i had the cash laying around and looking for a cool ride. and since it's your buddy's you can trust it more instead of buying from a stranger

looks pretty nice for a Toy...ota. I'd probably drive it and that sounds like a great price. There aren't many Toyotas that I like.
 
You need to check the blue book value - and DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Check the CarFax, check the reviews for this year, make and model. Why is he selling it already?
It's a nice car, but there are a few red flags that you need to clear first.
 
I drove it for 2 weeks when he first got it and it runs really well. I just can't afford another loan and like I said the bathroom comes first. I'm going to see if my dad wants it I guess. And yeah I mainly want it as a toy. I have a 2007 Ford Fusion.

It's one of my good friends he's selling it because he's buying a 200 Mustang GT for $8,000 he is asking
Everyone else $4,000 for it. He said if I wanted it though he'd sell it to me for $2,000 so he knew someone would take care of it and not let it go all to hell

my cousin has a celica, not sure if it's the same year but it's the same model. never had a problem as far as i know but the guy's a grease monkey too so,....
