great fish and tank. looks like fry in the future! BTW that male is still not really old but give him another year and he will be a real looker.

thanks...I'm very pleased with the way he looks for his current size. Nice and thick...well built. Start of a good nuchal hump and now they're starting to turn more yellow than they've ever been before. They've spawned once or twice before in a 55 gallon and it was only recently that I moved them to the 125. I need to get more light on that tank though. lol

ya more light would be a good idea. But these fish are just stunning. Cant wait till they are really beefy.
