I waited 1/2 hour for that video to download (dial-up).

It looks to be a PWC that he has modified. I would guess it is a bigger Sea-Doo.

I agree that we won't be seeing these in large quantities any time soon. It's a cool idea but towing around a PWC with a chunk of 3" hose would probably get old after a while...
