Amazing Scale Growth Rate

Well, a couple days ago, my Aro jumped and lost some scales. It has been less than 48 hours and the scales have already grown back more than half way!!!

Is this normal? He is about 8".

No, just the regular amount of salt I use with every water change and I have been doing about 20% water change every day for the last while now.

You might find that 3/4 of the scale grows back quickly and the rest of it takes as long as the first part to grow in. That's been my experience with scale loss on my RTG.
