Amazon Sword Plant Question Plant Newbie *HELP*

I bought 4 mother Amazon Sword Plants in January.
1 of the 4 has sprouted another baby plant next to it and now is the same size.
The question I have is do I keep them intack with each other or cut in apart if so how and wear don't want to kill it.

So long as the daughter plant has roots, it is self sufficient.

The bigger they get, the less chance of them randomly dying. From the size in the pic, it looks big enough. Just sever the shoot and replant.
