Amazone or Haifeng?

which is better? Want to get a new food for my flowerhorn since he has grown and can eat some normal sized pellets now. I am torn between some types of food from www.aquaticwonderland.com .

Any help would be appreciated.

do a variety amzone is good thought it smells bad, chingmix is one of the best for fh's but still variety is the key and see what really works for him.

I keep hearing how good chingmix is but my flowerhorns will barely touch the stuff. Maybe if I stop feeding them other things they will come to like it more. I am using spectrum and OSI flowerhorn. They seem to love both.

Yeah.. it is kind'a over rated.. I've tried straight Chingmix for a week vs. a few other different pellets for a week straight.. and really no difference if any at all.. it was too minimal for me to notice.

well any food bro chingmix or something else you have to use for more than a week if you wish to see results. Should be more like at least a month to come to any type of conclusion

well right now I feed him NLS and he loves it, he won't eat hikari or bloodworms, or even live worms.


the new flowerhorns I got won't eat anything, in fact they will barely move. I think I am going to try some of that amazone though. I will try to mix it up, but my guy isn't really going for any other food.

amazone is a good food bro you will like
if the FH's are new you may just want to give them some time though. Sometimes it can take up to two weeks for a new arival to settle in and begin eating depending on the fish good luck
