Amazonian Pike ID

Hello all! I know forums are flooded with ID threads but I need help IDing this pike cichlid. At first i thought it was a Lenticulata but the markings seemed a bit off. Is it possibly a hybrid or something else?

You can trim the tail into a semi-circle, and it will grown back fine.
