Anybody else but me keeping American Bullfrogs with fish? I have a 20gal filled 3/4 with a LMB and a bullfrog. I raised the bullfrog from a tadpole and now he eats everything I drop in there. (if the bass don't get it first)

Anybody wanna see pics??

Pic 1: The American Bullfrog a few months after metamorphosis from tadpole.
( I feed him well! )
Pic 2: The over all shot of the tank. Big rock on bottom came from the creek behind my house, as well as the gravel.. Balanced on top of bottom rock is a piece of pottery also found in the creek, and then another flat rock.
Pic 3: On top of the rocks, I put a clear plastic CD-RW spindle cover with two doors cut out, and covered it with moss from the aforementioned creek.

And yes, yall, I do know they won't stay in there for very long, luckily I have a wonderful pond environment for the frog out back, whenever he gets too big. And as for the fingerling bass, either back into the creek, or the pond. :D Haven't decided yet.

Thanks for lookin'. Any comments or questions welcome.

You can just buy a normal fish tank background instead of the bandana. They don't cost much. What do your feed you Bass and Rana?

The bass eats mini-krill or baby shrimp.. The bullfrog eats anything that moves, including moths, worms, grubs, anoles, small crawfish, mottled sculpins, mosquitofish, spaghetti noodles, etc..etc..

Lithobates

WIKIpedia says "The American Bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeianus,[1][2] previously Rana catesbeiana[3]) is an aquatic frog, a member of the family Ranidae, or "true frogs", native to much of North America."

Whats the deal? Why did they change it?
