I can get American Eels locally. They are farmed fish, and not WC. The size is roughly a foot long, give or take a few inches. (I can choose larger / smaller ones if you prefer.)
In MA, can deliver / meet within 4-5 hours, at extra cost.
I will offer these at a flat rate of $7 per eel. Trades will be considered, but right now I need cash flow.
Shipping will be set at $40 2nd day / $60 overnight. This includes all costs incurred in getting the eels, and then getting them to you.
I have shipped many fish before, but never eels - so if they arrive dead, I will refund the cost of the eels, but not shipping.
I bought one for myself to see how it would do, and gave some to somebody else, and they are doing fantastic. I wanted to make sure, before offering these to you guys. They feed on meaty foods, cut fish, worms, and similar foods. Mine is in a mixed community tank with no problems.
No pics, since they are not in my tanks, and the one I have is always beneath gravel.
