Just looked it up ......... personally I would never use this supplement due to the lipid (fat) content of 20%. At best, use it once a week, or better yet, return it to the LFS and ask for a refund.

If you're feeding a decent pellet food all of the ingredients found in this supplement are already in your food. Most of what you are paying for is water, and the container. And as previously mentioned you do not want to be feeding
any cichlid a diet that contains 20% fat, at least not on a regular basis.
