Now that i've got your attention, can i know someway that i can actually test my ammonia and nitrites without the test kits? Or i can actually determine by seeing.

I have found that the strips are accurate when ammonia and nitrite are zero. I would still have a kit to back that up occasionally, and to get an accurate reading if you're above zero. I wouldn't rely on them for nitrates at all. jmo
