Amount of Fish

I have a 36 gallon SW tank. I have approximately 40lbs of live rock. As far as fish, I have a clown fish, Royal Gramma, Yellow-Sleeper Headed Goby, Coral Beauty and a shrimp. How many fish can the tank support. I want to add 1 more, but dont want to overstock my tank. Any insights would be great.

How often do you do water changes now? What is your nitrate reading before a water change?

My nitrate is around 10ppm. I change it when it gets any higher than that.
