Amount of piping

I am getting ready to plumb my sump for my 220. The tank is a predrilled with two overflows. I am doing Herbie style drains with a single return. How many feet of PVC should I order to make sure I have enough for the project? 15-20 feet?

Hard for anybody to tell you. Try measuring where everything will be. Measure the end of each bulkhead to your sump and then where your return pump will be to where in your tank you want it to return. Always buy a little but moreally incase of mistakes or change of plans.

What kind of PVC are you "ordering"?

Home Depot/Lowes sell PVC for like 12-50 cents per foot. Its cheap. In all my projects, the fittings end up costing around 10X what the PVC pipe costs.
