I got rid of most of my fish inside my 150 and all thats inn there is a red devil and green terror.... i was thinking of getting a few fish i want to start sort of an Amphilophus tank... i was thinking of the following red isletas, xiloaensis, sagittae i want to get one or two of those for my 150... does anyone one anything about these how big they get and are they really agressive???? i googled a few but couldnt find much and figured the best way to find out is to ask people that have had personal expierence with these fish... i also figured the best person to buy these was off Jeff Rapps..

red isletas very aggressive, will not work in the 150 with your current stock, not sure about the others

I have a 300g Amph tank. And that mix works for me. The dominant fish is my 11in labiatus and next in command is my 8in female Chancho. Their tankmates are a pair of Citrinellus,Pair of Red Isletas,Male Amarillo,One male Xilo. No major fights at all. Just your occasional show of dominance. Pretty much peaceful in my tank plus a WHOLE LOTS OF DIGGING. I know a few others that have a Amph tank. Also have a male chancho for the female but shows no interest in her yet.
