Amphilophus or Cichlasoma?

I was reading a different thread ealier and people were discussing weather The True Red Terror was "Amphilophus" or "Cichlasoma" festae... So what is it? any one have a clue? and why?

yeah, it's technically in a group that is unclassified as far as genus goes....Cichlasoma is only valid for the chanchitos of South America and festae is currently not part of Amphilophus.....will just have to continue to wait until the experts decide where festae should go.

Actually "Cichlasoma" is only valid for the Acaras.
