Are those eye colors natural or just camera light effect? Fabulous fishes..

You got some serious amphilopus...what is their temperment like?

Thank you, I don't even have pics up of all of them.

Now everyone has different experiences, but I keep all my amphilophus together (not all in 1 tank). I have found (in my own experience) they do best either with a single pair or fairly big community. You lessen their territory you lessen their aggression. Some peple keep same sex tanks, i prefer mixed sexes. Its hard to tank down a pair, pairs don't battle long cause they know the cost. You get a pair and a single individual and all bets are off. I can drop 4 inch amphilophus in my communitys with no ill affect. Its really all about finding the right balance with the right fish.
