Nice, I actually keep one about 7 years that I found when I was 12 in a puddle after a good rain. Pretty common back home and vicious little critters.

Nice, I actually keep one about 7 years that I found when I was 12 in a puddle after a good rain. Pretty common back home and vicious little critters.

They only time I see them is in minnow traps and in super murky water so it was cool to see one that was so big and in crystal clear water.

Back home there is a Bayou behind my Parents house, and when ever it rains they leave it and slither all over the place.

Amphiumas are cool, I wish they were more often cb and made available from good sources
