hello all just now when i was feeding my senegal bichir frozen bloodworms my florida gar ate the bloodworms floating on the water.i have proof i am goin to post a vid of it eating bloodworms:)

just open at 4.00 oclock there will be a video

I was shocked to find they DO NOT EAT PELLETS... Not at all..
You can see here how much they refuse them http://youtu.be/0Hptme9gmaw

:turtle::turtle:

idk about all that.. my gar love his pellets, in fact I halfta be careful not to over feed him because he will eat everyone of them. he likes the massivore sinking pellets.. and trust me, when he sees them its a u turn and then he beelines straight to them..but yea once you train.them.amd.they learn its food, they will eat most anything. mine eat pellets, shrimp, fish, feeders (only an ocasional treat), blood worms, even got my finger once or twice!
