Now to start out I just sold my reef tank recently so this if my first freshwater tank since I was in middle school. Putting it all together has taken longer than I wanted it to because of a new job and I'm about to move.
I am also going alot more DIY on this tank than I have in the past to save money and because it fun. Theres some stuff coming that no one on here does. You will see.
So without further ado, This is the progress except The stand and canopy have a little more work and have been painted.

nice im trying to finish my stand for me 150 gal. what kind of wood is that for the side walls and doors?

Update!
Tank is now cycling. I am running a old 330 Magnum canister filter and a big HOB filter. Lighting is a T8 shoplight and a compact florescent spotlight. A 300 watt heater and 150 watt heater. All of that is hooked up to a ReefKeeper Lite, which controls all aspects of it.

Please excuse the crappy pictures. Cell Phone, will use the real camera later.

Whats going in it?

Looks good so far. Are you going with a background? I would. The only thing i'm really curious about is how you smoke those wacky camels, aren't they mango flavored or something? Whatever floats your boat I guess. Keep up the good work.

Looks good. 300+150w heaters seems to be a lot tho. Even i only have a 300 in my 125 and im in Iceland.
What are you putting in the tank?
