An interesting hybrid project.

This is something that has crossed my mind for some time now, introducing a top quality Pearl with a top notch female Marble. This particular male is already in with two beautiful girls of which he has already done the deed and they are both carrying. However she has been in there with him for a few days and he shows little or no interest in her which I find really strange as she is a good size, approx 16-17" disc, considerably larger than the female he has recently mated with.

Well what do you all think, I feel this could be a very special hybrid but only time will tell.

Reckon if he does do the deed would be a interesting out come from the mix, strange a friend of mine has a male pearl similar size to yours, he was in a tank full of luvly ladies non of which are pearl and he did not show a sign of wanting to do the deed but as soon as he was placed with two pearl girls he was all over them like a cheap suit.

This is interesting! many believe these two are very closely related, I never have personally having kept Marbles and Pearls for a very long time now. This male Pearl has mated many rays in the past in Belgium, some of which were black rays, he is very randy, a proper stud but its early doors yet. When I put the other Pearl in with him he was instantly on her, I find it really weird! its not as if she is ugly! lol !

Just too much quality.
These brown rays are up there with the BDs IMO.

Keep them together. Even if it took a whole year , itll be worth it.

Try removing the marbles other options and perhaps that will help stir his interest. They are both amazing rays so I'd guess the cross would be stunning. Good luck.
