That stuff looks awesome. I like the alligator gar and piranha skeletons.
 
Taxidermy also. Along with killing and mounting the fish they can take a picture of your fish and build a totally realistic resin model of it. Best part is you get to throw that monster back so he can bite another day and you still get your trophy.

How about freezing them in our freezer! lol CHEAPEST method, just remember which is food and which was your pet.
