All right, here we go again.

Tank is 90 gallons, sand substrate. Fish are hoplos, cory cats, bristlenose plecos, some Congo tetras (yay impulse buys), banjo cats, and assassin snails.

About two months ago I added the banjo cats. A week or so later I found an anchor worm on one of my hoplos. I pulled out the cat, removed the worm, and used up the last of my Dimilin on the tank.

No sign of worms. A week later the hoplos and cories are flashing off the driftwood. Awesome.

I get AP basic anti-parasite and bomb the tank twice as the instructions say. Since then the tank has been in a QT and I still see flashes here and there, but no signs of ich or worms.

The temperature is room temperature, so about 75 or so. Do I need to heat up the tank and treat again?

it probably couldnt hurt, maybe add a little bit more of the medication that it says due to the volume of the tank, if you have gravel try cleaning that or cleaning the wood in there that you have with a water hose and see if you cant get anything off it
