Anchor Worms?

Just finished a 3 week treatment in my native tank for anchor worms this past friday. Out of 8 fish my hybrid sunfish had them. Since then I have lost my Green sunfish on sunday and my LMB yesterday. Neither one of them had anchor worms as far as I could tell. They both stopped eating on the day that they died and both had swollen abdomens. Any ideas as what caused this? My other fish seem to be fine.

It might have been the medication, what was it? Also an post mortem can help sometimes.
