Ancients in 125g ???

Lost my glass 400 gallon tank recently, had so many awesome ancients.. Aros, Armored cats, Gar, many different Polys. Shame to see them all go.

Have a 125 now and was wondering if any ancient fish could live for life in it?

Depending on the dimens most polys could! Rope fish, smaller gar specie, smaller armored cats.. not sure about lungfish though

Currently have a few albino senegals and delhezis. LFS always has rope fish. Had a florida Gar but sold because it won't be good for life in a 125. Definitely looking into Raphael, 4 line pim, Pictis, and Hoplo Catfish. No lung fish because they get pretty large and aggressive.

Do ID sharks grow to the tank size and be fine in a 125? Or does LFS owner just want my money
Also looking at a school of elephant noses, very interesting fish

I do.. but LFS owner is persuading me otherwise.. and friends father whose had 2 ID sharks in a 55g for years
