Ancistrus spp. Id please

Just picked this guy up today. He's with a breeding pair of green flier cichlids and some live bearers. Will he eat the cichlid eggs? Can anybody ID this guy? Gender? Thanks:

Also, not sure if you can see it, but the barbels (I believe thats what they're called) are branched at the end. Some are branched into three pronged endings. Hope that helps.

well yeah ancistrus are bristlenose plecos right? Aren't there like 54 species of ancistrus? Any idea what this one is?
 
I am interested to know as well because I recently picked one up that looks the same.
 
guy on planet catfish says its a Ancistrus triradiatus

The name Ancistrus is derived from the Greek word agkistron, meaning hook, in reference to the interopercular odontodes that are hooked. This specific epithet refers to the three (tri=three) rays (radiatus=rays) or divisions of tentacles on its snout.
