I don't smell it until I feed the fish, as it's already in a sealed container. So the smell is saturated in the water, and reeks for hours. Thanks for the link though.

Yes it's thera a with extra garlic. Was there really a need for the extra garlic? a small amount is bad enough .

Anything that can stop the stench? or must I continue to leave the windows open for hours...not a good move being on the ground floor at the front of the house.

Hrmmm....Get something with a powerfully good garlicky stink to counteract the bad stink like Indian take-away? Or grow some basil and rosemary in your living room?

you could also use carbon in you filter to take the smell out
