Well I doubled my number of rays this weekend, thought I'd put up some pics of the new guys and a group shot of everyone at the end. Rays are currently in a 2' wide 150 gal, so things are getting a bit cozy. I'm in the process of putting up a 8' diameter 1200 gal pond, so soon they will have all the room they could want. Couple of weeks and they will be transferred.

That sounds really cool. Hey please take pics or video of the process and what you used. Like filtration the pond. I plan on upgrading in the future maybe I can steal some of your ideas

Sure, here are some pics of the process. Water will be pumped out of the pond through two cartridge filters, then into the 75 gal tank on the right above the tank. In there will be 45 gal worth of K1 media. From there it will flow into the 75 gal on the left where the heater coils will be, then flow back into the pond from there. Somewhere along the line there will also be a pump moving water up to the 150 gal on the first floor. Still figuring out those details.

There a some good DIY pond filters: if you want I can find some links

I appreciate the offer! At this point I'm pretty well set on filtration. I'm currently using the cartridge filters, they kick some major butt! K1 is on the way here and should be arriving tomorrow. It cost me a few bucks to get it all but it should work will I think.
