Andinocara Stalsbergi & Gold Saum

Can these two green terrors live in the same tank? I am here that Stalsbergi is more aggressive of the two, is that true? I also here that Stalsbergi is smaller in size is that true?In your opinion which one of the two looks better? What is the smallest tank that you would have them in? What are some of the cichlids that would live with them?

I own both. I put 3 Stals in a 125 with my Gold Saum temporarily and he beat one up pretty bad, granted he was a lot bigger than them at the time. From my experience Stalsbergi are more aggressive behaving. I think that both have different looks so I think they both look equally as good.

The answer to many of these questions lie in the temperament of individual fish. Try it if you want, but be prepared to have a back up plan. Oh and it is spelled Andinoacara not Andinocara. Have fun!
