What does everyone feed their anemones? I have tried a few things but it doesn't seem to like anything I am putting in the tank. I am going to try frozen krill next.

Mysis shrimp, krill, silversides, clams, scallops, frozen plankton, cyclopeeze, crab, or fish flesh can be used for feedings. Just be careful not to overfeed your nem and to keep the portions of food at an appropriate size as well.

The krill seem to work. I bought a pack of frozen krill and gave it a small piece and it took it from my hand and ate it. The only problem I might have is that my clown tried to take it away from the anemone. Is that normal?

How do you feed them as well? By hand?

You can feed by hand, syringe, or tongs up to your discretion really if your using your hand or tongs just let one of the tentacles attach onto the food and it will take care of the rest. If your feeding with a syringe just squirt a small amount onto the tentacles to initiate feeding response then squirt into mouth.

Do you have any other fish in with your clown?! Judging from your avatar im assuming so, having other fish in competion with the food, your clowns grab& dump behavior is normal. Its running back to the safety of the nem so they can safe guard their own stash, then getting back out in the open to secure some more. The nems profit from this so dont worry.;)

the clown took it FROM the nem.. not TO it...
from my understanding

Place a inverted strawberry basket or fish breeder net over the nem to allow it to eat in peace without the fishes from taking its food.
