Anemone Lighting Recommendation

The LED one, definitely not. The t5 maybe, if you kept the nem up really high.

Just get a quad tube T5HO fixture with two actinic bulbs and two daylight bulbs (maybe something like this fixture); the Marineland "Reef Capable" LED lights are pretty overpriced considering how weak they are and how the quality is.

Do you have any experience with these lights? I would be interested if i can find some feedback.

What about this light?

Seems it would do just about anything in a 30 gallon, giving me 12 Watts per gallon.

That would allow you to keep anything yes. That would be plenty. I agree that a 4 bulb T5HO would be good for your setup as well.

The Marineland lights are not meant for corals, they say "reef capable" or whatever, but they are not anything more than supplemental lighting. There is no intensity, very few bulbs, and cheap low powered LED bulbs in the fixture. Really the fixture shouldn't even be on the market because for the price you can get better supplemental lighting or cheaper lights for a FO or FOWLR.
