I have a green BTA that I just got about 3 weeks ago. I have a Coralife PC light with two 96 watt 10,000k and two 96 Watt Atinic. ever since I got it, it has daily, almost two times a day, been secreting this brown stuff. It started to loose a little but of color but not that much. I feed it shrimp and it ate it. But Im just worried and is it normal to lost a little color and to secret that brown stuff daily.

I already told you what its doing, its expelling zooxanthellae. If it is still doing it then something is wrong with your tank. How big is your tank? How deep is your tank? What are your water parameters? How old is the tank? I need more info to be able to suggest something, and soon as its not good for this to still be happening after this long.

Yikes not good - hope your running carbon. I've never seen any of my anemones expell brown ( 2x Rose BTA twins, Green BTA, Purple LTA, Blue Tip Sebae, and huge Green carpet)

The tank is a 46 gallon bow front. I have the anemone position at the very top. He just went there and he is not expelling brown stuff more like white stuff. He at the surface of the water. NOT loosing color rather regaining it. NItrites 0. Nitrates 5. Ammonia 0. Ph 8.2. SG 1.024 (going to raise it)

Then he is probably recovering if the colour is coming back. Parameters look fine. So I wouldn't worry to much, for one if he is dieing, its likely to late anyways, as nems rarely recover.
