Where did you get yours? Thinking of turning a 75 into salt

I got my bubble tip at the lfs - most places that do marine should have an assortment of nems and corals.

Is a condy anemone a good choice for a beginner?

To my knowledge they are supposed to be on the harder end (no experience with them).
Bubble tip, long tentacle, and rock flower are the easiest species.
All will require a stable tank that’s been established for at least 6 months, a year being better.
I’d start with easy corals like leathers, zoas, green star polyp, and Xenia.

I have a 75 that's only had ro water in would this work for a long tentacle anemone may get clowns too

4 months it's never been converted to sw it housed some young p bass

Usually the tank needs to have been running as a saltwater for at least 6 months to be stable enough.

How much live rock is needed for a 75?

Depends on how full you want the tank to look, I’d say about 60 lbs is a good starting point.
Since live rock is expensive I’d only do about 10-20 pounds live and the rest dry.
