i have 4 angels in my 125g. the breeding pair has 1/2 of the tank to themselves. temp about 80.

this is the 3rd spawn and i havent notice any wigglers. by the 3rd day all the eggs were gone. i have left the parents with the eggs . they seem to be eating all the eggs.

i dont have room for another tank just for the 2 breeding angles. but what i could do is move the other 2 to my 300. then they will have the tank to themselves.

is my 125 going to be too big if the eggs hatch?

any recommendations.

i do have a 20 with a few small catfish and 4 fancy guppies in it.

update. apparently the second pair decided to lay eggs on the other side. so i took out all other fish added a divider. 1 pair of breeders on each side.

ive noticed the first pairs eggs starting wigglers. i covered the intakes with foam and lowered the filters some so there is less current.

i have some jared baby brine shrimp so i can feed them.

now just cross fingers and wait. i might do a small water change tonight to freshen water a little.

it is cool but everytime i turn around a have another fish tank project going on. i cant keep up.

but i wanted 3 tanks, i can only blame myself.

i just want to sit back and enjoy them.
