my buddy called and he said he moved one of his angel fish and now its at the top of his tank and its healthy and he said its bloated like it has air pocket in its stomach and it trying to swim down but cant. anyone ever heard of such a thing?

swim bladder disease..... it might be treatable if caught early, but i've never been able to save a fish with it.
Swim bladder disease for sure most common in gold fish it is rarely treatable but it sounds like this fish doomed sorry for your friends loss
