I want to get some angel fish to put into my planted 60 gal. I have 3 small clown loaches, a senegal birchir, two pictus catfish and three small mono sebaes. My tank has a large power head filter that creates quite a strong current (1500 litres a hour) I've also added extra compartments on it with extra filter material, as well as two sponge filters. Would a group of angels about 5 or 6? Be alright with a bit a current?

I have 2 angels in my 240. I have 2 1800 GPH pumps for the return from the sump, plus powerheads for circulation. I see them just swimming back and forth in front of the current everyday.

should be ok rather strange mix with monos considering they require brackish water since you also have pictus in there. But in regards to the water flow rate it should be fine for the angels even though Ive always kept them in slow flow tanks which i considered to be more natural for them.

Thanks guys. and I'm planning on selling or trading my monos when they get a little larger. Ill probably land up getting 6 angels as young as is possible. Get a pair breeding pair outta those six, and sell or trade the rest. Or at least that's the plan.
