So, I have had my angel fish lay eggs before but this is the first time I have extracted the fry and had them make it to free swimming form.
The problem is the fry are in day 3 of free swimming, but show no interest in food. I was given First Bites, a very fine powder feed for them. But they're not going for it.
The fry stay near the bottom for the most part...looking/pushing against the glass. But sometimes they'll swim around a bit.
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong and/or what is going on?
My first thought is they are still subsisting on thier yolk sac, however, it my understanding that, that yolk sac wouldn't last 3 days once they make it to the free swimming stage.
Cheers,
Lyrek
