I have 5 Angel Fish in my 75 gallon. I got them back in August, so almost 6 months ago. I was told that normally if you buy a group that a pair will usually form. I know it can vary depending on the fish, but how long does it normally take for a pair to form? And if that happens I should probably rehome the other 3, right?

Angels can pair up as early as 10 months old (by experience). Depends on what you want to do....if you plan to breed them, you will need at least a 20 gal high for the pair. If you are not planning on breeding them, just let them be in the 75 gal with the rest of the angels. Goodluck on them!!!
