My angel fish's mouth is sticking out very far her has redness around it and other parts of the body. No redness on fins. He wont eat either. Im thinking a bacterial infection. None of my other fish have it. Temp 79 nitrates 20 nitrites 0 ammonia 0 and very soft water. I also have notice these few tiny white things on the fin but but no growth.
