I'm switching up my tank, and it now has 7 clown loaches, and two small angels. I'm going to look for 4 more angels around the same size. I'm hoping for one or two pairs. I'm also going to get a school of cardinal tetras maybe 6 or so. I plan on putting all of them into a 120 gallon thats 4x2x2. Will this be enough to not worry about several pairs of angels? Ans also enough room room to not have to worry about removing the fry?

I think that you will have no problem with one pair of Angelfish in the 120, but two pairs and I think there will be troubles...

When you get your Red Cardnal Tetras try and get the biggest ones you can as Angelfish tend to eat/pick on smaller torpedo shaped fish.

Eventually the Red Cardnal Tetras will pick off the Angelfish Fry once tthe fry have become free swimming.

If you get lucky and have a pair that raises them it is really fun to watch. I have a pair like that and they are facinating to watch. They move there brood 2-3 times until they are free swimming.

Good luck!

There are no guarantees with cichlids but thats a decent size tank. There may be trouble if theres breeding but it could work.just keep an eye on it,you may have to pull some.

Okay cool, I have three allready looking for 2 or 3 more, just wanting to find the right colors, it seems like all my fish stores have are marbled.
