How big is your tank, and how many angels do you have in total? Are any of them breeding?

Angels, like a lot of South American cichlids, either do best as singles, mated pairs, or in groups of six or more. Otherwise you tend to see aggression among individuals, especially if you added them all at different times. The fish that have been in the tank the longest will establish the tank as their territory, and basically try to fight off any new angel that's introduced.

My suggestion would be to remove all the angels, renovate the tank (move plants and decorations, add or remove some, etc.), then put them all back at the same time. Sometimes this throws them off and makes them think they've been dropped into a new territory, which levels the playing field.

Tank size is a huge factor as well. The bigger the tank, the less you'll see aggression in angels. It tends to give them each their own space and let them get out of each other's way.
